Their older stuff is amazing! But they just keep on getting better with age! There are some bands which play the same stuff all the time, and KIGH don't. Which is excellent, because they make ALL their music sound amazing!
I did enjoy their older stuff but at the same time to be great, every band has to experiment/change slightly, this is gonna appeal to a much bigger audience than their indie popularity, fair play to them
I think it's a much more adult sound which is why I like it . Obviously some fans will not but then you may find you attract people to listen to you that haven't enjoyed your older songs so much like myself
I don't like it... at all. And I'm a massive fan... the new sound just isn't good. Nothing wrong with experimenting though, at least you're not jsust repeating the same thing over and over like a lot of bands.
