It was so sad when the twins died, but everyone seems to forget about joe, i loved joe! and when zoe rang his mobile and realized he was dead omg i cried so much lol!

I think she died in the explosion itself or she got knocked to the floor when sam fell and then something landed on her i have no idea tbh i was only 9 when this happened

Jake is totally evil now, but you have to remember that the fire was in September 2006, long before Jake became evil, back then Sam was the evil one in Hollyoaks.
