The Type 99 is not the one you think it is. The Type 99 he is talking about is a rifle called the Arkinsa, which is featured in it but you can only get it via developers consle. Not sure about the Sawed Off Shotgun though.

It's not in the box it's not in the map file it's not in the level in general. Yes i can prove this easily! yes i do mod the level i mod all of the maps the only guns that you can't get in the level that i can and give to you to use are the normal M1 Garand (M1000) default weapon, the death card explosive pistol, the walther, the "Increased damaged colt", and the "increased damage kar98k. That's it. no type 99 or sawn off or snuff box.
