@depressedcutter999 same here, its been six months n im injury free(: but sure there are tough times in life but in this six weeks wen i felt frustrated i just looked at my other scars n listened to a few TWLOHA songs n i felt better n didnt want to cut anymore. thank god for TWLOHA it saved so many lives, but to band it couldnt of spread out sooner before ppl got outa hand with this.

It's gonna be difficult...try to find things you can do to distract yourself from any SI, whatever makes you happy. I enjoy looking at the stars, like how Renee says in the story. Drawing, writing your feelings down...some people even trace over their scars in marker, then wash it off in the shower (mixed results from different people, might work for you, I dunno). Just know that you're not alone in this.
