gps settles all none believers including me plain and simple. not saying it want but i see alot of guys saying what their boat will do. you can't expect people to believe by word of mouth, especially a triton running dam near 100mph. my friend owns a triton dam good boat but it will take a lot of convincing to believe 94mph other than gps i'm sorry. prove us wrong!!! I'LL BE THE FIRST TO BOW DOWN TO SAY MAN I OWE YOU AN APOLOGY. WE CAN'T LOOK AT THE VID AND DETERMINE YOU GOING 96MPH
This boat is definitely running 90+ the first tr 20's were fairly light for cookie cutters, and that motor is making well over 300hp... setup dialed in, and you could run these speeds in a triton...
my 21 ft triton runs 74 aint not way thats running 90+ i fished with the pros in 2007 in the juinor world championship in AL and they were running 85 by them self
Actually, my boat & everyone else I know that has a boat says the same thing. A V-Hull "Pad" will get it's fastest top end on a light chop rather than perfectly smooth water. It makes sense, less exposure to water drag. Also, the more level a boat can run while high on the pad, more aerodynamic it will be, rather than nose aimed at the sky. Wind & water resistance being the critical factor, a light chop & runs "high" but flat is the perfect combination. Regardless, he's haulin serious ass
My grandpa's 1999 Triton Tr-21 hit 91.23mph on Lake Coleman, Coleman, Texas with the brand new Evenrude E-Tec H.O 300hp but the water calm as a sheet of glass and we were late to the weigh-in because we were digging some dumbass guys trotline out of the Evenrude Trolling Motor.
ill have to say IF, and thats a big IF this is true, i got to hand it to the guy hes got'er setup for speed and comfort....but if you would have bought a BULLET you would have gotten that from the factory!!!!!
Have idiots in Texas that never have believed it, I think it makes em feel bad about their "go fast" boats. But then, lots of guys still think their Skeeter is fast! Like I have told a bunch of em, tell me what you willing to bet that it can't run the number and let's meet at the ramp. Just bring cash!
If you really wanna now how, go to Wayne Worthy's website and look around. He isn't some bs kid with a "10" second street car. ALL his stuff runs RIGHT!
