I don't like the fact that they limit themselves, but that has to do with licensing. And that licensing is why you'll find an album on different labels/distributors in different parts of the world. That is not VEVO's fault. If you want to blame anyone, blame the record labels. Or blame the artists for signing such restrictive contracts.
