For a sticky base for mineral eye shadows I use ELF's All Over Color Stick on my eyelids.

so glad u reviewed this i need a better primer for my eyes cos they can crease alot i nthe midle of the day or on fotoshotos, i use mac paint pot and its good but tooooo thick and cakey and creases alot in bad weather lol

so yeah cheers i might try e.l.f and then if i dont like it try urban and see cheers x

there actually isnt a full bottle =/ i boiled water and let the tube sit in there. after a while all the product sinks to the bottom and mine was only half full

Can you blend out a jet black shadow into a white shadow to see how its smudges/blends around on both? If you feel like it that is. Thanks for the review. Nice that there is no crease AT ALL.

Great review. I bought the Smashbox primer, which looks and sounds very similar to the ELF. I'm finding it works 100000 times better with a base. I'd almost given up on it, until I put a little MAC paintpot with it and ....all better now. :) Thanks for the review!
