  • I think I'd also choose firing squad, as long as I could be outside, standing up and without a hood. I want to see the sky when I die :)

  • @LuciusCorneliusMacro death by dropping from the sky. :3

  • @MasterXcon

Yeah but it would suck when you'd realise that you have like 100 meters left... xD

  • Sandbags!! Are the marksmen blind? How can they miss at that range?

  • @swatdiver1 Prevents ricochet and or something going wrong.

  • 25 years on death row? i wonder how much that cost us? Having to wait 25 years - thats the cruel and unusual part. What happens to the swift administration of justice.

  • meanwhile in the U.S.......

  • thou shall not kill. who ever kills is a murderer be it the state or any individual. most murders are caused through the want of money money being the invention of man so one could have more than the other. one day humans may learn and realise that the greed of man is the ruin of the world

  • @smagjd: Yeah whatever liberal fucktard that's not how reality is.

  • 25 years just to wait to be shot by one bullet? Give the verdict, bring him outside, and splatter him on the pavement

  • Eh. One less asshole.

  • You're boring me now. Go and annoy someone else. There's a good boy.

  • Why do the real badasses always have three names?

  • Did she say gun porn?

  • If i get executed by Firing squad do i get earplugs? I am afraid of loud noises.

  • @silencedknight no you must be slightly frightened of the noises muhahahahahahaha we are the cruel

  • @silencedknight You wouldn't even hear the guns being fired; the speed of sound is much slower than the speed of a bullet.

  • Haha I think it's great he had to wait 25 years to be stopped of stealing anymore oxygen haha lol great stuff .

  • disturbing. i'm against the death penality. but this is disturbing.

  • Welcome to the freak show! I just love the fucking US of A! You are such morons, YOU ARE ARE NOT BETTER THAN: CHINA, NORTH KOREA, IRAN,,,,

  • @Niva20011 Don't forget Japan and South Korea, both are also more advanced than Europe :/

  • What kind of society/country allow this kind of thing to happen? Oh yes, America, the land of the free.

  • @jazzdrum100 Utah is old school, that's just how they do things.. Death by firing squad is no longer allowed. I know it seems hard to you because your a pussy. If you really want to cry about death penalties look at the some of the muslim countries, such as Iran and Saudi Arabia etc.. In Iran they will hang you simply for being a homosexual, so you would be in big trouble.

  • @ToadsMGodes So, you're not able to offer an intelligent argument. I understand, just say so but no need to resort to ridiculous insults.

  • @jazzdrum100 Given the nature of your ignorant, bigoted comment I knew you wouldn't have an intelligent argument to begin with.

I didn't resort to insults, I wanted to insult you. lol

  • @ToadsMGodes Not insulted. Fail.

  • @jazzdrum100 Don't care. Win! ... Now run along loser.

  • @jazzdrum100 THE USA GOD BLESS IT!!!!

  • @kimmykola Yes. Well, let's hope he does.

  • @jazzdrum100 He has.

  • im not for or against it but they should be givin rime for redemption in prison

  • Gun porn.. gun port!

  • take the time to check this out. it'll change your perspective of EVERYTHING!

    /watch?v=WibmcsEGLKo

  • I FOUGHT THE LAW....AND THE......LAW WON!!!!

  • WTF IS THIS THEY SHOT HIM ? I hate the death penalty so many innocent people had died I hate these laws

  • It was certain that he killed those people, there can't be a claim that he was misidentified, or mistaken for someone else...there was a 100% certainty of him being the murderer.

Still, i hate the death penalty, its barbaric. I remember hearing "In the middle ages, they would have stoned him to death"...and? and havent we moved on in 2000 years!

  • @rorrt Stoning takes longer and is painful it takes about 5 minutes of throwing rocks to kill someone shooting is better so people need to die I know about 20 people who should get stoned! not shot thats to fast and easy make it slow and painful

  • @aczblaze

I think you have totally missed my point.

My point is that we havent moved on in 2000 years.

Not to mention the hit and miss nature of capital punishment, the "Innocence Project" has proven the innocence of hundreds of people on death row. That to me is not good enough...Thats my point, we have not moved on in all that time.

  • @rorrt “We like to think that moral progress has made us nice people. We’ve heard that our distant ancestors were mean and cruel and ruthless, and we can’t imagine that we would be such people – but we’re nice mainly because we’re rich and comfortable. And when we’re no longer rich and comfortable, we won’t be as nice.” - some sociologist on History Channel After Armageddon.

  • @xForTheRepublic

I would agree with that quotation.

Another thing i would add, watch the documentary "The Thin Blue Line", that demonstrates perfectly the hit and miss nature of capital punishment in the states.

Death is the absolute, and if they get that wrong...Your f**ked.

  • @blumpkinable your lack of intelligence shows through your ignorant so called progressive belief that life should be lived with out any consequence. One sign of a fool is a person who takes offense to another opinion that they don't agree with, and result in calling some one names. So to see a fool you would just have to look in the mirror.

  • I am pleased that the victims families have a closure to this ordeal. I am more of the belief that the death penalty adds attention to the value of life. The state held the value of life in such regard that they felt that if you have such a disrespect of life that you are willing to take some ones life for your own personal gain, it will cost you your own life.

  • @Jetlag28 the state held the value of life in such regard that they killed someone??? FOOL.

  • they shoot him in the heart to take several minutes to die like how are we civilised? some are wrongly accused so dont bullshitt you shoot someone you get shot this is sick

  • Live by the gun, Die by the gun.

  • I like cream

  • gun porn

  • America is no different from Iran and other countries they always condemn! Sick people, mundane, barbaric and revenge thirsty.....This is why Europe is 100 yrs ahead of US in legal system as well as policing

  • She said gun porn. 1:04

  • YEAH FIRING SQUAD, kick ass way to go out.

  • OUT STANDING! I love a good outcome!

  • one less out of the gene pool

  • how bout aiming for the head...

  • @SlightlyDisturbedNBK there is a quick and painless method of death... it's called a .303 through the head.

  • I think another method of execution is needed that is quick and painless. It's not about torture or revenge, it's only about carrying out the sentence of the court.

  • and americans think they live in a modern society

  • We should ban the needle! Its a sad excuse. The criminals need to be executed the same way they killed someone

  • she said gunporn xP

  • So we kill people who kill people to teach people that killing is wrong..??????

  • @sandsifter149 No, because it is fair!

  • gun porn

  • gun porn

  • whilst I do not support the death penalty under any circumstances, the Firing Squad should've at least done the traditional thing and shot on the command of "ready, aim, fire"

  • Sandra Yi is hot

  • did she say gun porn?

  • Germany systematically uses torture and murder to silence any opposition. Some of the murders known to the public: Uwe Barschel, Jürgen Möllemann, Heiner Gehring, Martina Pflock, Tron, Karl Koch, Bernd Seiffert, Kirsten Heisig, Fritz Bauer.

My brother Markus Bott had been tortured during 5.5 years by the German BND. He was assassinated on 11.7.09 because of our homepage.

German snitchers are following me on youtube and immediately flag my postings

  • @wwwtotalitaerde what the hell are u talking bout?a conspircary

  • @fucklevaz1989 Yes, the conspiracy of the German state to still fight for world domination despite this twice caused destruction on a global scale. The same methods used today were already used in ww1 and ww2 to undermine the US, England and Russia. Lenin for example was sent to Russia by the German secret service to make a revolution to cause Russias breakdown.

To understand Germany see the books I uploaded on Wuala. The link is in the description of all of my films.

  • that description is wrong and useless...go study something instead of listening to this low category journalism

  • why do they not do it the old fashon way stand him against the wall with out all this cover then fire if he did somethin and wanted it that way he should have got it that way .

  • man usa is done its very dangerous to live in usa since jails are privatized now

  • No life in prison for anyone, if your found guilty of murder in the first you should be killed within 48hrs, maybe then we can get control of crime in America

  • @Jadyn1112 true, but then there would always be those group of people that bitches about execution being "wrong". So they can't just executed everybody.

  • We don't have the death penalty in Aus which is why I ask this... Why aren't all the guns loaded? What is the purpose?

  • @lank05 4 of them had unlethal bullets & only 1 had lethal bullets, so that the killed cudnt be identified

  • Capital punishment is LEGAL MURDER!

  • @afuckinladyy By definition, killing isn't murder if its legal. By your logic, I suppose a woman who kills a rapist in self defense is a murderer. Same with a man who kills a burglar who's a threat to him, his family, and his property.

  • @afuckinladyy no its not anything that is sectioned by state is lawfully!

  • @afuckinladyy No please Legal Justice.

  • @afuckinladyy So?

  • @afuckinladyy NO ITS JUSTICE!!!

  • @afuckinladyy So is war.

  • @afuckinladyy True. And while I'm against it in principle, I also can't imagine how would feel if I was in the shoes of the victim's family members who weren't given time to say a final goodbye. I feel strongly that it should be outlawed, but quite frankly, I prefer to focus my efforts on other causes which help people (or in my case, dogs and cats) who are worthier of my sympathy - which is dispensed at a premium these days.

  • @afuckinladyy shame on this country!!

  • @afuckinladyy Wrong logic, pinko liberal, he knew what he was doing when he killed his victims. Why don't you moan and groan for the victims, not the felon. This is perverted logic: don't punish the murderer; reward him with life with free health care, education, meals, companionship. Never ever give the evil an advantage, militarily or psychologically (being brainwashed by liberals). Grow up!

  • @afuckinladyy No shit dumbass

  • @afuckinladyy not only afuckinlady, but also afuckinmoron

  • Americans think they are a "civilized society". How many other western countries have the death penalty? NONE.

  • @Metals999 China is a civilized society arent they? they shoot people for far fucking less....o wait thats ok because they are Asian and not Americans right? stop hating on America's justice system at least people live for 20 fucking years on death row...on Chinese death row you might last 20 days at most

  • @Apolloisbest one thing which i think is bullshit in the us justic system is the recdiouly long sentances for a lot crimes etc....i mean 300 years in some instances!!! its looks stupid ut would be more sensable to sentence them to life wouldnt not...and sentences like 50 years things other then murder is too long

  • @hardman476 Ya lol thats kinda stupid

  • @Metals999 So tell me, what is civilized about locking someone up in a 6x8 cell for the rest of their life? That's still a death sentence, but it just happens to take longer. Capital punishment also ensures the victim's family gets their retribution, which is synonymous to JUSTICE.

What exactly is the point of keeping them locked up anyway? To try to "rehabilitate" them, even though they'll never be released? That would also require one to make the assumption that rehabilitation even works.

  • is this firing squad method is still used in the USA today?and in the canada what is the method of death penalty?someone pls?

  • @GsxRaider - I believe it is still available in Oklahoma and Utah.

  • @DeNi3Lv2 thank you.

  • @DeNi3Lv2 thank you.

  • 25 years too long and too much liberal BS. Just march them out as soon as court is done, put 'em up against the wall and get it over with.

  • @JamesonSmirnoff Nah , shoot all the scum . Why should I work to pay to keep these bastards alive ? bullets are cheap and quick too .

  • She said "Gun Porn"!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Look at that spread at such a close range - cowboys!

  • Souless media robots.

  • Comment removed

  • Bet he doesn't kill anybody's wife, child, parent, brother or sister again.

  • If U didn't have CP 4 4 murder, you'd have murder 4 CP. It will always be a capital offence to offend a terrorist, or 4 a woman to not have sex w/ a rapist. That's a throat-slashing offence! Shame on her!(sarcasm) CP will always exist in 1 form or another.

  • How civilized! Those who volunteered to kill him were also given a commemorative coin to show their children and grandchildren so that they would be proud of their bravery, clean living, and brand of moral values!

  • Typical American overkill!!

  • this is cruel :( we all sinned we should all die

  • @dumbtrooper we all killed?

  • What I find most disturbing about this is that they actually allow people to watch him getting shot...

  • Those bullet holes seem a long way apart. What's wrong with laser sights and tripods? In some other countries, an automatic gun is used; the only human involvement is loading it and setting up the sights. It fires several rounds in a burst.

With technology of today, we could probably even see the heart in some part of the EM spectrum (maybe IR), or by some scanning technique, and link it to a gun that cannot miss. It wouldn't surprise me if one of those shooters missed the heart.

  • @electroexecutee youre a sicko

  • @jimmyreed112 Why? For commenting that this guy suffered due to the inaccuracy of the firing squad, and that it would be more humane to use something more accurate?

If you disagree with that, then YOU are the sicko. Now run along and learn what an apostrophe is, if indeed you have such mental capacity, which I very much doubt.

Was it ME who decided that Utah use firing squad? I live in Britain, idiot. Next time, THINK before you post. You've now made yourself look completely stupid. THINK!

  • @electroexecutee i live in britain too, idiot. my point is that you have obviously read quite a lot into this and have a delicate and detailed interest in the execution of one of your fellow men. youve made yourself look like a jerk now lol. for supporting a means of capital punishment i detest you and shall reserve the right to call you a sicko

  • @jimmyreed112 You also did not LISTEN to the video. Two shots were fired AFTER they should have been. This means that the executee, and therefore the target, may have moved before these shots were fired.

If someone in Utah chooses firing squad, what the fuck can I do about it, apart from give FACTS on how it is done in other countries, where such mistakes are impossible?

You need to have a long, hard think about what you post, especially if you take me on. I don't stand for rudeness.

  • @electroexecutee you obviously have no problem with dealing out rudeness. youre a sadistic ass. good day to you sir

  • @jimmyreed112 Actually, you will NEVER see a rude post by me to anyone who has not been rude to me first. I live by the rule that courtesy deserves courtesy. I actually much prefer to debate without rudeness, but since you started it, it is entirely your fault.

See "The cruel death penalty" for a lesson on how to debate correctly. It does not matter if you want to disagree with me; just do it in a courteous fashion. Manners cost nothing.

Good day, whoops, night to you as well, Sir.

  • @electroexecutee You're the first person whom I've seen leave a very diplomatic message on a video anywhere!! FINALLY -- somebody who agrees with me about courtesey should be followed with courtesey!!

  • @ghostiesinky Actually the guy you are talking to is a total sicko -- check out his channel. He hasn't sent anyone to prison. It's one of his many sick fantasies he keeps harping about. If you check his channel you can see that we're dealing with someone very disturbed. And normally he is not nice to anyone as you can see on the channel!

  • A country which proudly declares themselves as bastions of freedoms, modernity and democracy. Yet the states which practice executions are none better than Iran, Iraq, North Korea, whom also execute. Hypocritical, uh huh!

  • smoke 'em all ! quit wasting my tax paying dollars with 3 hots had a cot. internet, tv , cell phones, more dope then most street corners, -- exterminate like cockroaches!

  • aye at least its better than dieing really slow ...lethal injection sucks ..and plus why the hell will u have last word i would say im here to die not to give a speech ...haha

  • Makes me wonder, did he give his victims a choice how they wanted to die? I think not...

  • An eye for an eye leads to blindness

  • id rather dealth penalty then life in prison

  • I'm glad I'm Canadian. The USA justice system sucks.

  • @r2native i agree and im american yall still have firing squad up there?

  • @r2native lol im german the USA system does suck

  • @r2native then you should stay in Canada forever if you don't like the death penalty. You're funny!!

  • @r2native Gardner chose the firing squad over lethal injection because of his Mormon background.

  • @r2native HE CHOSE to die that way but yeah our system sucks regardless.

  • @r2native- It is not perfect but there is nothing wrong with capital punishment. Being in Canada is strange because statistics show many Canafdians will die waiting for vital medical treatment due to the healthcare system. But hey, you pick your poison. No pun intended.

  • @KSH243 you would rather live in the united states with a host of other problems including gun violence, rampant poverty, the most expensive propaganda machine in the world, and everyone is a fucking fat ass? if you live in canada you're half as likely to have heart problems, which is the biggest killer in north america, so actually my friend, you're more likely to die somewhere past the waiting room in the USA with all of the fat doctors laughing at you. also, gun porn

  • @touchestoomuch i'm not fat, and i'm from america :/ but then again i want out of the usa.

  • @KSH243 So we kill people who kill people to teach people that killing is wrong..??????

  • @r2native You are lucky to be Canadian because in Germany the administration will torture or murder you if you dont collaborate in their atrocities committed in Germany and abroad.

  • Hes way to ticket to heaven,

Well what i believe is you do something wrong here on earth, like killing someone and you know it was wrong to do, you get judge and punish and repay ur sin.

Killing him... well no one should also deserve, If he did feel scared and guilty for hes crimes, before he died. well ticket to heaven. Im just saying

What ever you did wrong and you didnt mean to do it, you will be judge and be forgiven of your sins.

God knows if you knew what your wer doing.

    I wont read

  • If u take someones life through ur own will then ur life deserves 2 be ended no matter if u plead insane

  • @SrTacosTicos so every killer should be killed? then every soldier, politician, sheriff, and executioner should be executed? i like your thinking.

  • @TheZombieJC well, its just kantian ethics... he killed someone so he is making a statement to the world that that kinda of action is appropriate and acceptable, therefore if he get killed then that is also appropriate and acceptable. eg dont be mad if you steal and then someone steals from you.

  • Justice isn't about getting revenge on criminals. The death penalty is morally justifiable_only_ when it's necessary to protect the public. With modern prisons, the only reason to execute someone is to satisfy bloodlust.

It doesn't reflect well on our civilisation that we don't have the ability to handle these criminals in a just and reasonable manner, but instead channel our rage into needless indefensible killing.

  • You think life in a prison for these type of people is bad? You are mistakin they get tv other criminal friends free food and housing in other parts of the world that would be a luxury people who murder innocent ppl deserve to die

  • Save on Tax's by not having to feed - house - look after a person that cleary didn't give a dam about others. With prisons over flowing with people I think they should amp this up and do more.

  • @zjets It's more expensive to execute, actually. You heard them say the guy was on death row for 25 years, endlessly expending government money on appeals. That's absolutely typical.

Not that the economic argument would have any weight even if it were true. "It will save us taxes" is not an acceptable reason to take a human life.

  • @EternityThought "not an acceptable reason to take a life" Thats exactly the point. How many people will be killed in Prison if he got the chance, (yes it happen"s) what kind of message is being sent to all the other people who wana kill. Dont worry lets stick em all in a Free accomadation give them sunday roast and hell if they are good we'll give em a TV and PS3 to play as well.

Mean while people that are hard working are counting change to see if they can buy the detergent - he gets it free

  • @zjets We have ways of stopping people from killing other people without killing them. Don't even bother trying to argue that's not true, because it clearly and obviously is.

You are paying more to execute him than you would to imprison him for his whole life, when it's not necessary.

  • @EternityThought -yep, I bet that bullet cost more than a lifetime of meals, doctors visits and supplies in prison

the cock sucker got what he deserved, he should have been tortured though, I hope he was raped.

  • @locoranchers There's more expense involved in going through the legal process of executing someone than just the bullet. That is a) not an argument from reason but an argument from emotion, which is exactly how we _don't_ want to run our justice system, b) not a valid moral argument since it puts a dollar value on human life, and c) not a valid economic argument since your facts are bad.

Come back to the conversation when you know what you're talking about.

  • @EternityThought -all I know is, that murderer is burning in hell, aint nothing that can change that, even if your cowardly heart is playing the violin for him, grow some nuts sissy boy, dont be such a pussy.

dollar value on human life? all murdrers should be tortured and cut off at the limbs then killed, dont feed them cause a dollar is too much to spend on a murderer.

  • @locoranchers Again, you're not even thinking. You're just spewing your hormones everywhere with no real logic or sense of justice. There may be real arguments in defence of the death penalty, but you're not making them.

Get yourself under controi. Educate yourself on the issues. Think. Then come back to the discussion. People like you have no right to have a say in how justice works.

  • @EternityThought -get a grip on reality, your head is stuck so far up your ass that you cant think clearly, I would say sense of justice was just served up,he killed people, now he's dead rotting in hell, that is justice wether you want to believe it or not.

no one needs to educate themselves on the issue, its simple, he killed, he should be killed, even his daughter said that he believed in this and that is why he chose the firing squad, an eye for an eye. Get real boy.

  • @locoranchers It's not justice, and it's not simple. No amount of screaming and chest-thumping will change that.

Take some deep breaths, calm down a little, and try to consider the situation as if you were a thinking person instead of an angry gorilla. I know it's hard, but maybe somewhere deep inside you there's a little spark of a moral being who can think on a higher level than "argh he bad argh me hurt him argh."

  • @EternityThought -it is justice, dont be stupid, the killer is dead, and he cant harm anyone ever again, that is justice.

wipe away your tears and pull your panties out your ass and stop being such a sissy boy, I think you might be mentally challenged from some of your posts, the fact is, justice was served and the killer is dead, just think, what if that guy escaped from Prison and killed your mom, I bet you would feel differently..

  • @locoranchers That's your problem. It's all about feeling and machismo -- you either won't or can't think. All you can do is chant the same simple-minded irrational catch phrases and throw out hyper-sexist insults. Your "justice" is still eye for an eye, when the civilised world left that behind 2000 years ago.

I'm done replying to you. Luckily you're in a shrinking minority -- another few decades and the world will be spared this sort of igorance.

  • @EternityThought -obviouosly it was an eye for an eye, thats why the inmate is dead and that is what you hate about this situation, but Im glad, so Im cool.

you repeat the same thing also, do you not see that, keep looking forward to those next few decades, hopefully you live long enough to see the next few decades and dont run into someone like the nut that got fried in Utah.

  • @EternityThought Heres an idea go have some one hold a gun to your head and demand all your money.

Or is that medifor alil to close to the truth.

    PS:

the Appeals are not his fault thats lawers taking apvantage of the justice system.

  • @zjets This doesn't make any sense. Come back to this conversation when you can speak english.

  • @EternityThought Clearly theres no need to bother even trying to explan. Good luck, if one of your family members should get murdered I would really like to see if you still had the same stance.

Let me get my teddy bear and home that the world won't come crashing into the room.

  • @zjets You'd do better trying to "explan" if you could write!

Justice isn't about "I'm angry and I want the other person to suffer too." If you're still operating on that level, you don't have any business trying to interject in a moral discussion.

  • I love gunporn!

  • Ok I don't agree with capital punshment should be death like killing some one for killing another person it's like two wrongs don't make a right that's just my point of veiw

  • Ok I don't agree with capital punshment should be death like killing some one for killing another person it's like two wrongs don't make a right that's just my point of veiw

  • the worst part about this is that by requesting to die by firing squad, he made himself seem more heroic than say by injection, idk is thats what he wanted but it immortalizes him

  • Oh i see now, Thanks @anon4654

  • Why did one of the shooters have blanks???

  • @james88brook

One of the shooters has a blank so that all of the men will be able to know that it's possible that they did NOT shoot the fatal round, and have not killed a man.

  • Oil and water - Capital Punishment and a Just Society, they can not mix. Horrific his crimes were, his punishment would have been worse then death locked up for the rest of his life.

The injustice is done to the people required to kill these creatures, No one should be desensitized to death.
