  • U guys crack me up. Of course when u do 8 to 12 rep range u are mostly stimulating hypertrophy but if u are going o failure and u should then u are going to get stronger. It's just not as fast as when u go 6 to 1 rep sets. Same with those rep ranges u will build some muscle but it won't be to the extent of sets of 7to 12. Get it pass it on.

  • @AdR1aN43 My brother was doing more when he was 21 and he was not a power lifting but lifting for football and he was at his peak. So it is a good number but not a power lifting number.
