Did this band ever get singed ? in an ideal world they should be on tour with the howling bells , primus with Tom Waits stepping in for guest vocals every now and then . but as we live in a crappy version of the matrix they would be stuck with that fat girl with no original thoughts, a teenage comeover and headlined by a madona sing-alike dressed in spam ... , Life in this time line is fricking depressing !

If these guys never get signed then it's because of their egos rather than their musical ability. From what I've seen great music but a complete waste of space with no ambition. They're the sort of band that thinks it's selling out to get signed and they're too cool for the system. Stop pratting about and get signed or are they another Brian Jonestown Massacre where everyone linked to them BRMC and Dandy Warhols go onto greatness and they do fuck all

If you like this you should try and get hold of an album by "Uncle John and Whitelock". Musically similar, both good though. The now de-funked UJ&WL have partially reassembled and called themselves "Tut Vou Vouz" Banger.

The song was Deathletter Blues by Sonhouse...And i cant beleive that on the show they said they could not find a recording of it as it is so obscure...bollox i got it on cd in fucking hmv and to top that off the white stripes (one of the worlds biggest blues/rock band done a cover of it on their second album...Jesus these people wind me up...and him.
