The nuclear launches are successful, and NATO is blamed for the attacks, which causes the Russians to rally together in support of war.

@mirlin235 Not necessarily, don't forget, the the US did crush Iraq. That war was over in a little over than a month. The length, and majority of casualties taken by the US were from the insurgency after. That's something that Russians would ALSO have to deal with had they invaded, and they don't exactly have a superior track record than the US for dealing with insurgency (look at their woes in Afghanistan. US progress there, although contested, is better). Much love to Canada btw :)

The AK-74 is much more reliable and fires a bigger round.
The AK47 fires a bigger round and is more reliable in a sense that it can take more abuse. However, the AK47 jams a lot and isn't as accurate as say an M16 would be at a long distance fight.

The russian army/navy's/airforce's strength has been significantly exaggerated post cold war. For the most part they can't afford to keep most machinery (tanks, planes) up and running.

I love how a lot of people here are talking about nukes. Neither the US or Russia are dumb enough to launch them. Nukes are nothing but a tool of intimidation. A safe haven like gold in a recession.
Radiation travels. If Russia nukes the US or other way around it will harm not only the country being nuked but also the rest of the world including those launching the bomb.

Russian recruit + training =smart ice cold killer. with AK -47 and barehand,
American recruit + training = Child with an m16 and high technology gadgets.
Chinese/norhtkorean recruit + training (if they survive it )= pyscho killer. u better dont mess with him.

One of the levels that's really hard for me to beat on Veteran... it's hard to make it through that battlefield... Managed to make it one time though, and kept getting killed at the door, so I gave up.

obviously u dont fully understand wat happened, the emp didnt wipe out half of america at all, an emp only 'wipes shit out' like you saw here with planes flying into the floor etc close to where it is, otherwise its just really bad power outages and perhaps a surge or 2 that starts a fire...notice how planes were coming in doing airstrikes on the city and they still had full communications and radio airwaves, even in some buildings in dc where the emp hit

I know Russia has nukes, and well trained soldiers. If they want to attack us they are free to. Without nukes they would NOT win, under any circumstances, and with nukes, no one would win quite obviously. Just take into consideration our military budget, and technology, combined with our well trained teams and shit...We have shit Russians DO NOT HAVE guarding our coast lines, I could show you some of it, trust me, and if an invasion were to come to the East Coast, some crazy shit would go down.

Don't underestimate the Russians. They have the balls to attack a country that has the U.S as its good ally. I think they have the balls to attack the U.S. They have some of the most advanced weapons so far plus they have a better Standard-Issue Rifle. The AK-74 is much more reliable and fires a bigger round.

The AK47 fires a bigger round and is more reliable in a sense that it can take more abuse. However, the AK47 jams a lot and isn't as accurate as say an M16 would be at a long distance fight.

The russian army/navy's/airforce's strength has been significantly exaggerated post cold war. For the most part they can't afford to keep most machinery (tanks, planes) up and running.

They have been able to upgrade, overhaul, and basically replace alot of the Cold War era tanks, guns, and planes. They are now bringing in a shitton of new missile deffense systems which are fairly stronger than the US verison, not saying that its any better, but its more of a classic way to get things done, if you know what I mean. They are also planning on building more carriers, and re-equiping the army with new tanks

@thewigly3 there was one point in the world where canada had the best technology and it was to make the avril plane it was supposed to be a stealth bomber that was too fast to be seen or heard but the U.S. didnt trust canada with a wepon like that so they had to dystroy it so they crashed it into one of the great lakes of ontarioand to this day no one knows where the peices are
