Hey, I want this guitar so bad, but i'm from Germany and it seems like there is no dealer here left distributing this guitar. I also haven't found any dealer elsewhere, who orders it to Germany. Can you please tell me, if there is any possibility for me to get this guitar???

This tele is so sick.. Ive got the same one but ive replaced the front pickup with a gibson paf... You cAn play anything and find any tone or sound u want.. Campared to the prices of an American this is the best tele for the money and it just looks sweet... Def better than any squirs or that tex

@bigdawg363 i agree bigdawg, Mexican teles are incredibly well made and really only aside the pickups and one or two pieces they are essentially made almost exactly the same as the American tele. I believe mexican teles have a much closer sound to american than say an epiphone les paul of similar price range.

I'm debating whether I should keep it or resell it since I don't know the first thing about how to play a guitar, nor do I have a guitar-amp. I only bought it since it was on sale for $90 at Guitar Center. Can an electric guitar be used directly through a digital workstation like an MV-8000 or MPC-2500 without a guitar amp? Real nice vid, shows the versatility of the instrument well. Too many of these videos show people just playing blues or jazz on the guitars and it gets real annoying after a while. Seriously considering buying this.

I just bought one of these used in Guitar Center, S. Phoenix. It plays awesome and the neck pickup is more deep than my 2003 MIM standard Tele. I have the black and copper burst one which I like because it's different but not stupid. I only paid 250 after tax because it has a scratch on the front. Love this guitar so far. The neck is really pretty and has lots of character spots.

I love the sound of this tele so much I have my strat and amps set up to sound REALLY similar.... a full set of Texas special p'ups is just the ticket. My guit is a 2009 American series. Love it Love it!

Andy, I watch a lot of these videos just to watch your playing. You're fun to watch and I love your song choices but I wish sometimes you would change it up by using a pick instead of just your fingers. The pick has a lot to do with guitar tone and attack.

hey pgs need some help over here . i bought a mexican telecaster in guitar center this year which cost 500 dollars and has an inverted controll plate just like this one and is really heavy , also it has a glossed c shape neck like this one and has the excact same headstock but the only diference is that it s a brown and gold kind of sun burst . is it posible that it is an fsr tele like this one ? or any other model ?it says special edition in the back of headstock

@pipe2k27 hey i think i might know the model youre talking about. i think youre talking about the gc mim fsr copper burst tele. from what i could tell, it was exactly the same as the guitar reviewed here, but with the copper burst paint. nice guitar but i prefer the butterscotch blonde.

@moroii6969 My first electric was a tex mex Tele and ive owned American Strats and played Les Pauls and can honestly say it had the best tone for the money in any guitar ive ever owned. Just because it's mexican doesnt mean it isnt good quality, our brothers south of the Border make very high quality guitars for the price.

@peevack Actually, it's pretty much always been this way with American Fenders, too. If you look up a Fender factory tour video of from the 1950s or 60s on youtube you'll see that most of the employees at that time were immigrants as well.

I'm well aware of why they do it. There's something nice about having a vintage tele in your hands and just playing some fun stuff on it. But telecaster reissue after telecaster reissue is just so damned boring. I love fender, don't get me wrong. My main Bass is a MIM early '00's J-Bass and one of my main guitars is a thinline Tele. but I'd love to see something a little more modern from the people at Fender sometime.

People Buy Fenders because of the heritage of the company and the classic designs. Stray too far from those classics and the majority of buyers won't touch it.

hey andy, just one thing. i recommend that you export all of your files at -2dbfs, cause youtube audio converter is clipping at 0db, and -1dbfs.

had that kind of problems on my chanel.. had one song at -7 RMS, and -0,2 dbfs, and the whole thing was clipping like mad. first i thought that tube converter cant deal with the rms, but it wasnt that.
