I don't know if Pap is the victim of mismanagement or what, but he had his buzz and perhaps had a chance to blow up and that ship seems to have sailed. I was really feeling Pap for a while but now most of what he puts out is wack. Maybe he's lost his inspiration or maybe he's just burned out.
