  • HEY KEV......I just wat to tas THankyou!!! From the bottom of my heart! This year I have lost a total if 80 lbs and have started gaining muscle everywhere since I started with the Levrone Report. I started this august at 345 and weighed in now at 265! All from "2 a day" cardio sessions and weight training 7 days a week. I'm gonna make a vid like Raul Cruz that shows my transformation.

  • Jimbob, yams are good because they are a complex carbohydrate. Complex carbs break down fast for energy and they spike insulin levels. If you combine complex carbs and a good protien especially after a workout you will enable your body to recover. LOOKIN GREAT KEV KEEP IT UP!

  • Also simple carbs such as white rice and baked potatoes just sit in the stomach and broken down slowly turning into sugar where most is stored in the fat cells. 1 cup of white rice turns into a half of cup of sugar, and one baked potatoe turns into 1 cup of sugar in the body. Yams break down fast increasing your insulin levels and they combine with the protien and it allows your body to send more protien to the muscle.

  • dont worry about retaining muscle man. once the muscles on, and you keep working out, you will retain it and or gain more muscle. you dont magically lose muscle unless you stop working out, even then that takes awhile to make you lose muscle. FAT is the bodies main source of energy. the reason people get fat is because they are eating to maintain, and or gain. but when u do diet, that is when u get into the fat and lose weight. dont worry about muscle loss.. just keep lifting heavy while dieting

  • Good work Kevin. I seriously slacked with my diet recently man, but this Q&A session was pretty cool. Answered some things for me. In fact. I have a question. What are some things to eat that I can stock up on when I'm up in the middle of the night or entering after a long day and everything is frozen? I try to pre-plan meals, but I skip a beat somethings & run into a place with nothing to eat and everything is frozen or takes too much prep time. This makes it easy to reach for the takeout menu
