Yeah I had something like that too in Ghana at the part where you let out the water for the waterwheel. Just as I pulled at the star thing to open the gate I jumped down where the tiger originally was and she died... then a cutscene of the water flowing came up with Lara's dead body floating towards the ladder. Then the game reloaded her alive ready to go down the ladder. LMAO!

I think I know how she died.

When you speed up the motobike, and you were about to jump over the bridge, you crashed, and then the cutscene came. She may have died before the jump, and that explain why she was lying on the ground and still at the same place(not over to the bridge)

you dont need to shoot rutland. shoot the throughts of the cobra status around you when they break get your graple out and pull the red thing under the cobras throughts.

i defeated the guy a long time ago i have even defeated the cobra i am on the last lvl trying to defeat amandas creature but i have given up

LOL Amendas creature is really hard to kill it nearlly made me broke my PC. but i figured out how to kill it. Attack it with your sword when it walls down go near it and press the use button on my PC its E.(which is used to grab objects, shimmy faster and pull object swith the graple). repeat this action four times and when you get hit by the red lightning thing from the creature dont straight away get up and attack it you have to get up and jump around before it attacks you again. good luck=)
