The video was accuate at the time it was made since all the info was straight from a textbook. If new research has been done since then there may be other signals, but other than that the actual information is correct.

for me it is like hedgehog is the savior. he does this by killing the bully patched protein. with it dead, it can no longer inhibit action of the smoothened protein (a good guy).
