3. point your elbow at your target and make the motion like your are opening a shower curtain, that will open up your hips.

4. Everyone has a different release point for their footballs, even at the professional level. Watch a guy like Vince Young vs Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers' release point is much higher.

no, your wrong. hitting a tire will help, but only to a certain point. accuracy is key and being able to hit things when you want pretty much sums up accuracy. but to be a successful qb you NEED to be able to hit moving targets.
