SOPA states that a website site with copyright infringement (or wat they call "rouge" website) can be shutdown. The reason why this is so bad is it's written in a way where anything from a picture to a phrase can become considered copyright and then that site can be taken down (such as youtube, wiki, google, and megavideo)
