Thanks Antony for your reply! In regards to starting to integrate raw foods into my diet. I do eat green smoothies every morning. But I just cannot figure out the raw food recipes. There are just so many ingredients that are foreign to me. Makes it frustrating, ya know? Someone needs to come out with a simple-basic-newby; getting started Cookbook as a hook to get people going in that direction.
@dodgerbuddy7 - you are welcome. It can be overwhelming with all of those ingredients .You might want to check out Kate Wood's first book Eat Smart Eat Raw which has lots of simple recipes using everyday ingredients. Her later books are full of superfood stuff but this one is very accessible.
Hello - If you click on uploads on my channel then my day one video should be easily available.
In terms of getting started with raw, I'd recommend making simple green smoothies (e.g. spinach + fruit + water) in your blender and drink those daily for breakfast. Then make yourself a big salad with more greens and whatever else you fancy for your lunch or your dinner. And take it from there. Best wishes, Antony
I'm trying to find your Day 1 video. Can you help me out here? I want to learn to eat raw. And I am finding most recipes out there are not for the newby and have ingredients I've never heard of.
