  • At 39 I am currently learning pole dancing and love it! A very inspirational video I would love to be as good as you one day!

  • OMG! Absolutely amazing...I can't wait to have that much strength! Beautiful, fluid, strong and just stunning! xx

  • I LOVE watching your vids, like I always tell you. . . I wonder if you'd mind sharing HOW You manage to do the move (((@ :36 secs))) without a kick. . PLEASE share any tips, I would LOVE to be able to do this or at least safely try it out, lol! Thanks for posting your vids. . .

  • What graceful movements and such a lovely figure. You must have been a ballerina.

  • Thank you!!!! I did ballet when I was 4. But moved on to gymastics for over a decade!!!!! HOpe you had a great Thanksgiving!!!!

  • Fantastic girl!!!

  • Thank you so much!!!! XOXOXOX

  • No problem, how long did it take you to get the TG lift? I can do the TG but can't do the lift yet! x

  • Let's see. I am not sure. All that I remember its that after I dislocated my elbow, it took me a while longer to get it back. It is a matter more of the delicate balance of pulling down and pushing with the top and bottom hand to get up. It also requires lat strenght (do pull-ups everyday!) It is a good idea to get this feel of this balance by descending slowly out it. Then you get it the lift part. Make sense?

  • yeah thanks alot!

  • Ahhhh, that is what it's called. . .(TG Lift) I guess I've got to do more pull ups ! ! LoL.

  • omg ur so strong lol

    (and beautiful)

  • Awh. Thank you! Good luck with all of your training. Sounds bitchen!

  • omg you're great!!!i wish i could do that!

  • Thank you so much!!!! XO

  • what poles are you using here? are they fixed to the ceiling? I'm currently using an X Pole, want to buy some more but they are SO expensive! any ideas?

  • my poles are affixed beyond the drop ceiling and are by PoleDanzer. They are the only thing that I have bought for the past 8 years. They are an investment. I would never do the cheap version that is not one piece and compromise liability esp. if otheres are use them.

  • You are a beautiful dancer! I can't wait until I'm this good!

  • THANK YOU!!!! Do you pole dance?

  • I sure do :)

  • Thanks!!! I think it is called 7 months by Portishead. But it is off of their Portishead album! Now go and get your pole! :)

  • I LoVe this song who sings it!! I am going out to get a pole for my house tomorrow, to practice your moves!!

Tips: I am still figuring what made it work for me. But I think it has something to do with the timing at which I push and pull the grip. I will test my theory and get back to you.
