Actually he approached her calmly and asked her a question if she supports FEMA camps for the American people and she responded with "you didn't read my book" and acted like she was smarter and walked away. He eventually did start to be more agressive, but Bill O'Reilly does that all the time with people he disagrees (except in a worse way) with: sends a producer to ambush them, so that he may demonize them (which imo, is a violation of privacy).

Also, I believe all violent lawbreakers that pose a threat to the lives of innocent people should be placed in internment camps. Maybe they can build these camps and make rooms for people with bars. The PM article was a joke. They misinterpreted what we call "squibs" and generalized it to debris blast. It uses "experts" involved in the original investigation.
The info on Shanksville and WTC7 is a joke. Does not debunk the fact Flight 93 blew up in the sky and in fact backs that up by reminding readers an engine was found almost a mile away from rest of the debris spread over 1.5 mile radius.
