In nature the F.B.I. takes care of everything harmoniously, those organisms that are affected by the citrus rinds will stay away from that food until the Fungi /Bacteria decomposes it to something other invertebrates can enjoy! I heard that citrus rinds will make the environment too acidic so I don't use that for my wormies. Give them coffee too, they love that.
