Are you out of tune? Because you have the correct chords and the capo on the second fret. And your strum pattern is a little off in the beginning.

He isn't 'out of tune', his guitar is clearly tuned down a semi-tone to accommodate his vocal range.

He could have kept it in standard and capoed the first fret but he probably performs tuned down a semi-tone often and didn't see the point in tuning back up.
