I made my dog an AT AT costume years ago. I would even walk him around the streets and get compliments and pictures taken. But I'm not pissed off about this. May I suggest Boba Fett, or are you gonna sue me for suggesting you an idea?

Actually there is enough of a difference in the costume that it doesn't infringe on the original design. If you never made a user agreement stipulating that you cannot use the design for commercial gain, than there is no course of action you can take. Honorable mention at best.

@MrJason1142 The whole concept of the costume actually spawned out from a day in the dog park when another patron noticed that his stature (Legs) were like that of an AT AT. It the got the gears in my head and on a fluke, I made the costume, just for kicks.
The happy dog, the epic costume and the singing is what makes this video so great! It's so much fun because the dog actually looks like it's having a good time.

@MrBlorx Hot glue, I used allot of it, and when it dries on your fingers, the only way to peel it off is when it takes a layer of skin with it. My freaking fingers didn't heal for weeks.
