  • @ryantika i understand that you have to breathe. But why do you need to breathe in rhythm with the excercise your doing cant you breathe out of time with the count?

  • @magematt51 Are you serious? You have to breathe during exercize to get oxygen into your body, muscles need oxygen in them to work so when you breathe you are allowing more oxygen into the body and the oxygen will travel in your bloodstream to the muscles.

  • @magematt51 breathing helps you stay focused, keep, your form right, keep your core tight, and your body and mind ready to take on the challenge of lifting what you need to lift.   • hey Scott, big fan of you and you are my hero :). I wanna ask you a question that is a bit off topic. I lift heavy weight 5 days a week, eat a lot the good healthy stuff. I am 25( in 11 days) Height 6'1, weight about 148. I gained a lot of weight and got toned from 3 months of workout and i plan to continue, but i have the mid section problem, lower belly growing with fat, how do i lose it and when should i do cardio since i already list 5 days a week. Thank you !

  • @pkidro I'm not Scott, but my recommendation is add 20 min of morning cardio to your routine. As soon as you get up go for a light jog on an empty stomach. Your body will have no carbohydrates to use for energy when you do this so you burn straight fat. As soon as you finish your jog, you need to eat though in order for your metabolism to kick start. DO NOT skip breakfast!

  • @pkidro you should never skip out on cardio because cardio will help your body bring in oxygen more efficiently which will make it so that it gets harder for you to get tired. It will also help you burn extra calories to help you get rid of that stubborn belly fat. If you have any other questions feel free to reply or message me.   • @FitnessBody4L well you read about my weight and i also heard that if you do cardio before heavy lifting , you won't get the most out of your heaving lifting benifits of gaining muscle mass, so how would i go with carrdio when i already do 4-5 days of heavy lifting including abs workout? and can 30 mins of cardio after workout? or is that bad?

  • @pkidro all i have to say about what you read is look at football and basketball players who do a ton of cardio and a ton of lifting and they are all ripped *depending upon what position you play in football* you could also do the cardio after you do your lifting so that way all your energy gets up into your workout and if you have any extra energy left it will be burned off doing cardio.

  • @FitnessBody4L nice channel btw, I guess you're right, i usually lift heavy weight for about 1:20 hour, which might be a bit overtraining . but i usually finish everything at 11:30 or 12 at night, and i go home and eat. But i will try running 3 miles at the treadmill I have at home and maybe do some abs workout and see how that works out for me. thx alot

  • @pkidro i used to workout an hour and a half almost every day so it sounds like your on the right track just get your cardio in when you can (i would suggest running on a treadmill with at least an incline of 4 or more).     You know I always wondered how to do these zottman curls. Bruce Lee used to regularly do these but the description in his workout book is kind of confusing (for me anyway). Well thanks to you I finally know now - cheers bro !!

  • Hey Scott or anyone who knows, I was wondering what the best workouts besides running would be to burn away lower belly fat, I have a 6ish pack but there is just a little fat on my lower stomach PLZ help!!!!

  • @yezzzzzSIR ive heard you can get great results from skipping, specifically interval training but it may burn some muscle. eat some green leafy vegetables and you could also try doing some leg raises to get them lower abs going. you need about 10% body fat or less for a 6 pack to gleam. hope this kinda helped.

  • @tylerdevloo there are 3 muscles in the anterior part of the humerus brachialis coracobrachialis and bicep brachial , only one bicep man those are not part of the bicep ;) they sit below the bicep help with pronation and supination :D
