@magematt51 Are you serious? You have to breathe during exercize to get oxygen into your body, muscles need oxygen in them to work so when you breathe you are allowing more oxygen into the body and the oxygen will travel in your bloodstream to the muscles.

hey Scott, big fan of you and you are my hero :). I wanna ask you a question that is a bit off topic. I lift heavy weight 5 days a week, eat a lot the good healthy stuff. I am 25( in 11 days) Height 6'1, weight about 148. I gained a lot of weight and got toned from 3 months of workout and i plan to continue, but i have the mid section problem, lower belly growing with fat, how do i lose it and when should i do cardio since i already list 5 days a week. Thank you !
@pkidro I'm not Scott, but my recommendation is add 20 min of morning cardio to your routine. As soon as you get up go for a light jog on an empty stomach. Your body will have no carbohydrates to use for energy when you do this so you burn straight fat. As soon as you finish your jog, you need to eat though in order for your metabolism to kick start. DO NOT skip breakfast!

@yezzzzzSIR ive heard you can get great results from skipping, specifically interval training but it may burn some muscle. eat some green leafy vegetables and you could also try doing some leg raises to get them lower abs going. you need about 10% body fat or less for a 6 pack to gleam. hope this kinda helped.

@tylerdevloo there are 3 muscles in the anterior part of the humerus brachialis coracobrachialis and bicep brachial , only one bicep man those are not part of the bicep ;) they sit below the bicep help with pronation and supination :D
