Umm... Can't you tell by her accent? America is such a melting pot these days, physical appearance is really hard to guess. But the accent is VERY obvious! I give her props for her message. Most of her workouts would be tough for the average person, but they are quick and can fit in most schedules!! And almost no special equipment!
