So in short it paralyses the victim causing slow death, as the victim can literally watch himself die slowly. First it affects the area of injection numbing it, then it slowly reaches its way to the central nervous system shutting it down. Of course on the outside everything seems ok, then the convulsion and an slow agonizing death by the entire system shutting down including the lungs and finally the heart! Death is instant unless they get treatment within the hour(not-likely)
