@DramaQueen9669  I had them for ages. Scratching my butt at night while in bed. They come out at night. I went to the doctor. She gave me Mebendazole (Vermox) orange/pinkish tablets. If you still have them write back to me ok. I will explain more.

@0mgjack Well, leave the pinworm for a while. They've evolved alongside men as a parasite and are also symbiotes. They slightly suppressed the immune and hence prevent allergies. Unlike other worms they don't go into your blood stream, are almsot invisible and almost harmless. However good hygiene is necessary to keep the worm load low. Leave them for a couple of months (it will have benefits) , then take the medication; make sure to wash your hands obsessively to prevent reinfection.

Pinworms are actually caused by eating eggs which are inviable to the naked eye. They do not come from food, however alot of kids get pinworms due to bad hygiene so if they contact your sweet food, then they could transfer their eggs from there hands onto the food, causing you to swallow the eggs, and WALLAH!
