@dudesalegend I'm not sure if they do or not. I don't like to leave mine in any longer than 2 weeks to prevent them from locking up. Seems it would since it's got an extra strand right?
At first I felt you did the twists kind of big, but those turned out gorgeous. I'm gonna give the 3 strand a try and see if my hair responds like that
That's beautiful on you. I've just mastered the three strand twist on yarn today, so i'm ready to it on my hair. Mine is already blown out though. did you do yours while your hair was wet?
Okay sooo...kinda off subject, but you have huge eyes that are soooo pretty! They like suck you in. mine are really almond shapey....i always look mean, no fun lol.....back on subject, those curls turned out gorgeous! :D
@BlackBerryDiamond1 Cool and thank you. I hope you find one or both of them useful, I know a couple people use my recipe as a base for stuff that they sell so I think it's pretty good :)
@SimplyNatural85 It's been a year and some change now, December 19th was my nappiversary, thank you so much! That's what I like about this way of twisting the hair. I'm going to do smaller ones all over soon and post a video of it, Thanks for watching and commenting SimplyNatural85 {:o)
this looks really good i have to try the three strand twist for some reason two strands dont stay long in my hair it just fags out (frizzes a lot) and i cant wear a twist out
@ayamejoy i still havent tried shea butter yet my hair isnt dry so the products i have work in terms of moisture but its really frizzy so i think i am going to give shea butter a try.
Hey you said that this didn't cover up your parts...Did you part your hair before you twisted it? If so maybe you should try NOT to part your hair next time you do this. I found this to be helpful for me when I do my braid outs...
Hi Sweetsticky, I tried it without parts, my hair just isn't dense enough for my scalp to not show when I twist it, so I part it so the twists are at least uniform
ohhhhhhhhh...Well your hair looks awesome anyway....honestly, I could hardly see the parts that you were talking about so I wouldn't even worry about it!
That's what I love about being African Descent we have so many styles we can do with our natural hair. I love it it's a beautiful thing and it's a blessing:)
mamboPiano91, I'm not sure how long it will keep, I haven't kept one for more than 5 days. It starts to fade once water hits it and I like to spray my hair. I hope you have fun with trying it, I did {:o)
Thank you maichai13 {:o) I show what I used in the 3 strand twist tutorial I did. I make my own Shea whip and use that and water, there's also a video on how I make my Shea whip.
these look cute, u could add a lil hair spray on them to make them stay. thanks for writeing me back bout wraping. when you hair is almost dry just slight damp, you could add some hair spray and put it in a tight pony tail and for the end you could try makeing a real tight pony tail..n with the rest, idk. you could try useing a swim cap over your wrap. you could try to find some strightening clamps that would hold your hair tight and stright like a rollor but i never seen them b4. thx
Thank you for the advice sexyhustlababy, and no problem, I try to respond to everyone. Straightening clamps? I'll have to look into those, I hadn't heard of those before. Thank again,
Sorry its been a while since Ive watched ur vid! I wanna support u like u support me! I still luv ur hair twin! It looks so healthy and thick and the texture of those coils!
No apologies necessary, I really really really (did I say that enough yet?) like your yarn braids! I might have to try and yarn twist my hair or something
Wow, that's really cool! If I'd known about it that long ago, i don't know what state my hair would be in today. I'd only seen and heard of 2 strand twists before this year.
looks great! im a model and i have natural hair. i think im going to try this before a shoot because it seems that a lot of styist dont really want to deal with natural hair. urs is perfection
Thank you nikkolea11! Hmm, that's too bad they act that way, it's a shame because natural hair is so versatile it seems to me the attitude should be opposite what it is. I hope your hair and your shoot turns out great {:o)
I'm not that creative, (I get ideas and motivation from a lot of the people I subscribe to) but I am willing to try hairstyles that I think I can do. Thank you VeronicasPlace {:o)
