  • The Carioca's we did in Track practice are alot different and alot more intense. In every other roation we were supposed to try and almost jump over our other knee. It was ment to build leg muscle, balance, and to help with jumping over the hurdles.

  • These are great exercises! Seriously tho anyone who really sits down to think about it can make up a million different plyo movements.
