  • Your movement must be more slowly, your weight more heavy; only in this way you'll be biger & stronger!!!

  • only one problem there, the first few reps on skull crushes you dont lock ur elbows out... everybody knows you lock elbows out on tricep moves to get a full squeeze and contraction. one question too, why only show the 3rd set where your form is starting to slip ? would have been more constructive to show the first set ? just my opinion bud. on a positive note tho you've a achieved a good physique there !
