@jodhan23 there's a difference between scullcrushers and frenchpresses, his form on the scullcrushers are ok if he went behind his head it would be called french press
only one problem there, the first few reps on skull crushes you dont lock ur elbows out... everybody knows you lock elbows out on tricep moves to get a full squeeze and contraction. one question too, why only show the 3rd set where your form is starting to slip ? would have been more constructive to show the first set ? just my opinion bud. on a positive note tho you've a achieved a good physique there !
