You chose your highlights well. I enjoy seeing judo throws. But as someone previously said, most of this stuff is judo, so your TKD title is misleading.
Also, your editing could be improved. I have no problem if you want to show the same clip 2-3 times in a row--however, I found it annoying that many times, you teased a replay, and then skipped to some other clip.. It left me somewhat unsatisfied.
ITF doesn't have throws and submissions.. it has a few submissions but nothing massive, and they're not allowed in competition.. I don't know what Taekwon-do you are learning..
@thetkdmaster Umm... don't repeat scenes within a short space of time. For example, at the start with the kid kicking scene. It creates the illusion that you don't have alot of material. If you wish to repeat a scene, change the angle... it helps to keep the 'flow'.
