Hurricane Irene - Washington DC - Calm before storm part 1 of 7

Right! So Irene came through and came up a popper! Not much damage around our area (Hillandale, MD) some branchs and a bit of water came into the house downstairs. But, for once Pepco stayed with us!!!!

This is great. I'm in Arizona while my two tenants hold the fort in my D.C. house, all afraid of the storm, and I'm trying to find a real look at the weather. I hope you do update this but maybe that will be difficult after dark.
