It is better if the design has layers of structures as petals of lotus. If the design achieves this, the building will be as great as the Opera House in Sydney. And if modern technology is applied, the building can open outward as lotus is blooming. If it is, then the building will be proud of a world's iconic, just as some buildings in Dubai are. Why not?
