I'm currently playing Super SF4 and I main Dan for both online and offline (cause I find it more challenging as low tier :)) Seth on hardest is bad enough but as low tier it's even worse -.- He has options for any situation, stupidly high strength for all his attacks & too high HP, he goes apeshit in round 2 that will screw you over if you're not careful. Best thing I have to do is turtle till he tries to draw me in with his engine then immediantly HeavyP koryuken before he does or grabs you.

I have all characters and I've done like 3-4 Perfects, ends almost every fight with Ultra Combo more than 5 times I'm pretty sure of that, and First Hit I get it on like every battle as well more than 5 times. the AI got perfect timimg... ur human reflex doesn't match AI's timing... and i can tell all of u guys that even a perfect street fighter player can have difficulty with AI if he/she(possibly?!) plays the same way as he/she playing against another player... the way to play against humans is totally different from playing against AIs... but... there is always a way to beat AI... AI doesn't read mind... it only reacts after ur actions...

if u stay still and guard/dodge well... the AI will be less agressive cuz it doesn't know what r u doing... it will randomly attack u no matter the attacks work or not... and then it's ur job to guard or dodge... once u successfully guarded or dodged the attacks... ur chance of striking the AI has come...

only advice is that u need to always be patient... cuz once u lose ur mind... u screw everything up... it's just like a mind game... and yah y play mind game with AI? cuz AI doesn't have mind and it's only u and ur mind can dominate the whole game... just remember... Sorry but there is no guide that has any method to beating Seth. All these post with "Yeah HK then move then HK" are outdated. Even on the EASIEST setting he still is near impossible if not IMPOSSIBLE for the average SF player (Players who could barely beat any SF game on 4 starts). Since when does easiest include the CPU player to "Block block counter grab cancel counter counter grab grab super"? They made him insanely harder then he needs to be for the casual player.

Of course he can't be that hard, he's a PLAYABLE character. Can you imagine how many complaints Capcom would get if he was too tough and allowed to be spammed with by noobs?

He has to be somewhat balanced and even then he is cheap as hell, unless you're a pro fighter or something.

It's basically Dhalsim+Guile+Zangief, he has a weapon for nearly any situation. When he doesn't want you to when, he'll just teleport and either spam throws or sonic boom. Still he is a balanced character overall.

This boss is too easy on hardest, you just need to know how he attacks, if you are too far from him, he throws a sonic boom, if he attacks with down and strong punch (when stretch his arms) the next attack will be the same if you wait the enough time and you can jump and attack him, I can beat him with any character without problems except Dhalsim, I hate his slow motion jump XD
