thank you! i have never been able to do a push up in my life. Probably because I was not listening to the phys ed teacher in elementary school how to properly do them.
Hm! I never thought about that foot thing! I like to do my exercises at home though, so when I first tried it I was kind of balancing on my big toes. It works, but what do you think? Is there a better way to do them at home without shoes on?
Also, it's not a big problem or anything if I have to put on some sneakers. I'm just wondering though :)
Also, thanks for the detailed explanation! I noticed that my technique was lacking a little, but now I'm doing better!

This is very informative. The Negative motion over the push up motion creating more strength on chest is a good point.

How do I do pushups if my inner elbow pain flares up? In fact, I avoid doing them, because it might flare up! :-(
