if it is the cd that is broken try using tooth paste and rbbing it in one direction on the back of the cd and the wash it off and it should take alot of the scratches if any out

Hey Durdan77,I know how to get the hidden tape in Downhill Jam. First get a lot of speed then grind to where the A is. Next you grind on the next rail all the way down,then you see a big wooden thing jump on top of it and you got the tape.
