I'd say, add a lot of customization to cars, bikes character. Take out the whole friendship bullshit from 4(that was totally lame) fix the driving, add more weapons, better graphics. Airplanes, different ones, tanks, gangs that can join you. Able to have drug spots and be able to have houses as well, recruit women for those jobs, have prostitution as well. Run churches, weapon trade. I mean you can do so many things in a violent game yet they always go for the wack shit, Come on rockstar do it.
