2008 was my first Burn at age 50. I went to Burning Man to hang my daughter's ashes on the temple. She had died in July of 2007. Burning Man changed my life, brought me out of grief and sorrow and made me a better person. Thank you for sharing your pictures of 2008. It made me smile. I have gone every year since and will be there this year, but 2008 will always be my best burn because my eyes were opened to a new way of thought.
