They should never have made this title in the first place. There should be a unification match between the WWE Champ and World Heavyweight Champ with the winner being declared the "WWE World Heavyweight Champion". That Champion can then appear on, and defend his title on both RAW and Smackdown!, just like the Unified Tag Team Champions do. The ECW title can stay with ECW, since it has a life and history totally separate from WWE, it would be a scandal if they unified it with the WWE world title.
