its to small and low to the ground, I want to see a love seat or large chair made out of cardboard, no one will want to sit 1 foot off the ground, people want to be comfortable.

You can make your own glue cheaply with just water and flour and sugar. I made some very durable solar cookers last year. I didn't sit on them :)

What you can do is take multiple layers of cardboard and drill holes in them and put a metal screw rod through it. Tighten it together with a washer and a wing nut. This will compress many layers of cardboard together and will be very sturdy.

Why use metal screws when you can use organic glues for holding the sheets together? :0) Don't you think it's a bit in contradiction with the sustainable theme?

you could make it at home. The difference is the cardboard that is used in a box is only say 2mm thick. The cardboard they are using is probaby 1 in thick.
