  • Not Ground Resonance, Ground Resonance only occurs on odd numbered blade Helicopters. What you have is a vibration NOT due to Ground Resonance!1

  • @Rotten40851 thats on full scale since 2 balded full scale dont have hinged balds but on our models are blades are hinged

once its gets spooled up it goes away and i raised the head 5mm and it also went away

it has to do with this models low CG and blade size

  • well got it fixed bladed needed to be torqued down more and need a 1 more shim on each side of the head block

  • same problem with my atom 550

  • In addition what "TheDaveyht3" said, check that you have the right tooth count on your motor cog/gear; is it 10,11, or 12 teeth...another main issue may be its seperation from the main drive shaft, if its the wrong tooth count and too far every second tooth or so my skip causing a small vibration - this effect is amplified proportional to the rpms of the rotors....but 90% of the time its blade balance. ;p :)

  • this was the only the 2nd full power spool up every thing is new out of the box

guys on heli freak think its a resonance issue as others have had the same issue

it only happens at low rotor rpm on spool up or down

it smooths out at full power and is smooth in the air yay vbar logs

  • bent spindal or main shaft? check blade balance? could be one of 20 or more things.

  • @TheDaveyht3 agreed!
