Not alot of men understand what it is to have large breasts.

Some of them choose to be ignorant, and some are taugh by society that large breasts are desirable. Their thoughs dont go farther than their crotch. Not all men are like that though. My husband who is my dearest love and best freind watches me suffer. Large breasts are too expensive to maintain for a low income family with two very small children. Men pay about ten dollars for a pack of breifs. I pay between 70 to 200 dollars for one

I am thinking of doing this surgery.

I am an dd to E cup. I choose to do it because I cant breath at night. I have sever back pain, and my under arms and shoulders go numb. It it hard to work out because I cant breath and because of this I loos hours of preciouse sleep. My breasts size sky rocketed after nursing my two children.

Lack of sleep reacks havoc on the body and on the mind. There is actually a desease that prevents a person from sleeping.

when I witness this surgery on woman,it is a nightmare, a slaughter on a womans beautiful body. I wish they would reconsider. After the surgery is complete, your female attraction is gone for good, it's over period. Doesn't matter how old or young, pretty not pretty, men will follow always. 100% fact!!!!!

@phoneloan How can you say their female attraction is gone for good?? The women that have this surgery are women with large breasts that hurt their backs, give them headaches, etc.. This surgery helps women feel better about themselves and helps them to feel better over all.. If anything their female attraction will sky rocket with the huge self-esteem boost they will have afterward..

I also want this surgery because they hurt my back my ribs my shoulder.

My back and ribs go out when I'm tring my shoes and shaving my legs.

I wear a 42d and I feel I really should think about getting it done.

They like they are in the way on me two.

my surgeon is amazing...I can still breast feed and he did an amazing job. So worth it if you have a good surgeon..Barely see any scars or anything.

the ONLY thing that sucks about this is that you lose ALL feeling in your upper chest...

i got it done just back in febauary and i have pretty much lost ALL feeling. "/

the nerve endings in your chest most likely have been disconnected when muscle tissues was seperated from your rib

SURGERY (BREAST REDUCTION) can be a great choice! The most important thing is to find a surgeon that is qualified, experienced and that you feel comfortable with. The other important decision is making sure this is what you want. Also, I think it helps to wait until they stop growing. You are trading scars for perkier and better shaped boobs. Surgery can help with the pain and discomfort associated with large breasts. It can be a great decision, just make sure you are ready.

I understand what it is like to have big boobs that hurt and make you uncomfortable. Having a well fitting BRA makes the world of difference!! It helps the back pain, makes you more comfortable helps your boobs have a good shape to them. I have found the best place to get bras is at Nordstrom. The consultants are extremely nice and patient. They measure you, pick out bras for you so you can stay in the room and help you find the best fit. They are expensive, but I find it worth it.

. If you want to cut costs for the long run, get a sewing machine and learn to alter blouses yourself- it's really not very hard. You can do it! It's confusing at first but saves money in the long run. And it's fun to make your own clothes too.

To find CLOTHES that fit I have found the best thing is to get a larger size and get it altered (or alter it yourself). When you're trying on clothes, just make sure your boobs fit with out the fabric stretching or showing more than you want. You can get it altered at any tailor and a lot of dry cleaners do alteration at an inexpensive price. Look around to find a local tailor you like. They will tailor the clothes to your shape and how you want it to fit. It isn't very expensive.

mosreal88, I understand your situation. I am a 34H and 135 lbs. I have found the best bras at Nordstrom. They are expensive, but I think they are worth it. Having a good fitting bra makes it a lot easier and comfortable. I really love Nordstrom (as much as you can love bra shopping). A consultant will measure you, select bras for you so you can stay in the fitting room and help you find the perfect fit. You can try Freedricks of Hollywood, they have your size (but I don't prefer them).

Get a better bra if you have back pain. From a male standpoint, this is just butchering something we really REALLY love. Don't do it! Breasts with gigantic scars on them are a major turn-OFF! Almost as bad as fake boobs...

Just my opinion and you are entitled to yours too.

I was a double G. There were several reasons I chose to get a reduction. Whether it turns you off was not a factor in my decision. Its not about men's turn on or turn offs. Its my body and its about me.

I want one too! I'm twenty-one as well, and mine are 32/34 DD/DDD. The issue is that I only weigh 125. I can't find bras or clothes that fit properly and my back always hurts sooo bad! But I am so scared that I'll have the procedure done and they will mess it up. I've seen so many awful pictures with misplaced areolas and crooked breasts.

insurance paid for mine. I just had the surgery last Thursday. Minimal pain, no problems. I'm 65, so I'm still getting used to size C. But I could not get comfortable either with or without a bra. Not to mention getting yeast infections under my breasts.

A friend of mine had this done. It is quite scary, but just keep focused on the end result. You'll have loads more confidence and think of all the nice clothes you will be able to wear that you couldn't or didn't want to buy before because of your large breasts. My friend says it's the best thing she has ever done and I'm pretty sure you will feel the same too. Good luck!! Merry Xmas.

anyone had a c-section? I had breast reduction, and am now pregnant. I was wondering which was more painful. BR was terrible for me. body rejected the sutures, med allergies... the doctor in charge of the anesthesia is there at all times to make sure patients are in the right stage of sleep during the surgery. That's his only job, so it's pretty safe :)

they rarely remove the nipple, even if someone is very very large. The incisions around that region are meant for placing the nipple at a higher position on the breast.

Even though it is rare, I hope they do not do that to me, I really need to have the procedure done but I am thinking that I should wait until after I have a baby, which sucks because I was just pregnant- then miscarried but my breasts did get a lot larger omg and they were so heavy it was killing me and I miscarried at four weeks six days, so I cant imagine how jacked up my back will be when I make it through a whole pregnancy, its killing me, it really is.

Yeah it friggen sucked I probably have a hormone issues especially with what we just learned when it comes to my medical health. In all honesty though, I dont know if this would matter but I think I was having twins. There were some indications that it was the case but I will never know for sure.
