yo do your finisher you get your opponent in a strong grapple by holding B then press L (a little picture of the L button should appear under you wrestlers name)

To irish wipe them first you get them in a grapple (any weak or strong) then you press X (the button to run)

AKI's contract has expired long ago with THQ, and AKI now works with Def Jam and many other Japanese companies. Yukes/THQ has no rights to make a game with the AKI engine. That answer your question?
