He was a wanted peron of an outstanding felony warrant. He has done this in the past as well, assaulted another officer. Of course what isn't shown is the beginning of this video when the officers attempt to initially arrest him, he fights, grabs and rips on of the officer's badges off his shirt and a pen from his pocket and trys to stab the officers with it. That's why he's getting his ass handed to him.

He was a wanted peron of an outstanding felony warrant. He has done this in the past as well, assaulted another officer. Of course what isn't shown is the beginning of this video when the officers attempt to initially arrest him, he fights, grabs and rips on of the officer's badges off his shirt and a pen from his pocket and trys to stab the officers with it. He punched one of the officers, and grabbed and ripped one of the officer's badge off his shirt, he also tried to stab one of the officers with a pen that the officer had in his shirt pocket under his ripped off badge.

In police work there are two types of people No people, and those are easy to spot, and there are also maybe people, this guy was a no person, and all that means is he is not cooperating, and when that happens, the police will do and have been afforded the right to do what is needed to WIN the situation. Yes, he is resisting - just watch the first 15 seconds, notice his body position at the start (face up). When they roll him over, he tries to stand up.
