The song's It's A Rainy Day Sunshine Girl, not Schempal.

It can appear like pretentious ugly noise from a video, sure... but the thing about Faust is that they're very much a live experience, the sheer joy and exuberance takes you over and this doesn't translate very well to recordings, you have to BE THERE. Oh and yeah, Faust don't take themselves seriously, they're about playing with nonsense and having fun :)

Love the puck and avent gaurd classical mixture. Anything that goes on for 15 minutes is interesting to me . The vocals to me seem a bet out place from a classical point I can see it from a punk point of view. Personally I prefer it without but after all it is live and I can't blame the lads.

Actually, Rich, in order for it to be 'pretentious', it has to be self important. If you knew anything about Faust, you'd know that these guys don't take themselves seriously AT ALL. Their fans, yeah, probably - but not Faust. Is it noise? Sure. Hey man, no one's stopping you from watching Maroon 5 videos! Get back to it!
