  • I knew from always being in The Bleeding Heart Band" as roger Waters studio and touring band...so it's great to see and hear him otherwise.

  • Being able to access the musical legacy of such legendary artistes as Andy Fairweather Low is what makes You Tube such a fantastic resource. It really is a delight to hear his soulful voice again. God bless you Andy. We love you, man.

  • He looks so different to how I remember him in the sixties.Still sexy, though.

  • Brill!

  • Still rocking,GREAT!!!!!!!!

    and looks good too

  • Was this at High Barn in Essex..?

Dave Bronze no less on t'bass guitar....

  • Voice is still superb AFL and you're looking far better than me!

still reckon you could have been a ventriloquist if the voice had gone! :-)

  • AFL. THANK you for your gift of music to me.. 75 year old Phil.

  • Still looks pretty sexy to me. I had the hots for him.Still do & I am nearly 60. May be older now but my heart is still young !

  • Well i'm just glad the man is still around we have

lost so many of our childhood heroes and all the kids today have no one to inspire them except towards anger and violence and all that bollocks. Great vioce long may you keep on singing Andy. You were in my heart all the time I was in school in Glasgow XX

  • To those of you that used to fancy this man 40 years ago and are complaining that he has aged, please post up a video of yourselves so we can see how you have fared.

  • I actually think he looks great.

Not trying to look young and be something he is not..unlike a lot of Stars ?? Hair and specs suit him well.

He looks well and is obviously enjoying himself

Still got his voice(which does not seem to have altered) and that boyish sort of slanted sneering/cheeky grin.

    Great Stuff Andy

    Top Man

  • His hair has gone, his eyesight has diminished, but his voice sounds great.

Don't knock anyone for getting older...you all know the alternative!

  • I know that old age gets us all but Jesus H ! AFL was cute back in the 60's, whats with the horn rims & the old man stuff. Aw Andy!

  • Beat my band in the Kennard rooms Caradiff in 1965 in a "battle of the bands" gig. He and the AC guys were great and we were crap. They went on to a record contract and we died! Talent is forever and can only get better with age. Like a good wine, Andy has matured into a true pro and great entertainer. I am glad he is still rocking at 61 now. BTW, so am I at 60!! Love ya Andy. Bob now living in Canada. Was in school with Andy as well..

  • Still great

  • AFL great, Clapton great , together legends !! , Glasgow in May brill !!

  • AFL great, Clapton great , together legends !!

  • Oh no! *sob... Andy, whats happened - those glasses are terrible please go to Specsavers!!¬

  • Andy , guitar quite ok , vocals LOUSY

  • my first crush. will always adore him. still sounds great,

  • AFL is bloody gorgeous whatever age he is. He was my first love!

  • Not lost the Voice !!

  • He is a bad singer as Wilko Johnson. Why didn't he play "just" the guitar ???

  • Wife and I saw him and his band in Upstairs Downstairs in Bahrain a few months ago. They where brilliant

  • you bunch of tossers! do you look as you did 40 years ago????? i think not & he he has the added bonus of being a music legend.

  • @strofi Thank you for your comment. Mr. AFL will get the acclaim he DESERVES for his contribution to BRIT music for all these years.

  • @strofi I had a girlfriend way back in his era who really fancied him - well looking at him now I look a hell of lot better than him now - so I got the last laugh!

  • @eastlight So your girlfriend was the last laugh you got? Good for you mate!

  • @strofi Haha! Well said.

  • Recomiendo que veais " Willie&the poor boys", con Bill Wyman. Fantastico disco. Tambien está en DVD.

  • Bloody hell, where did that cute looking guy go? Ah Andy, you didn't have to do that to yourself. The pretty boy must still be there somewhere.

  • Bloody hell, where did that cute looking guy go? Ah Andy, you didn't have to do that to yourself. The pretty boy must still be there somewhere.

  • Christ! OLD AGE SUCKS! but THE VOICE is still there! what happened to that young attractive fresh-faced boy!

  • is it Dave Bronze on Bass?

  • @Bluesgerd47 . Si

, es Dave Bronze y el teclista es Chris Stainton. Los dos suelen tocar con Eric Clapton, igual que Andy.

  • This guy is brilliant, went to see him last month. His band is ACE

  • The voice is still as good as 40 years ago.

And for any diddy that says any pish about looks or age or other such twaddle..Grow the fuck up !

  • Oh my god. if you close your eyes. You can hear it is Andy's voice singing "Bend me Shape me" just like back in the 60's. He hasn't changed at all, only older. Bless him

  • to sue2208, yeah- time takes its toll on all of us- do you look the same 40+ years on??? He has lived a life to the full and still going strong giving his all on stage and is a true musician and craftsman, if you only want "cute" just watch the myriad of talentless 'here today gone tomoz' crap that is pedalled by simon cowell. Rant over :-)

  • WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY TALENTED GUY AFL IS!!!! I saw Andy and his superb band last night and they were brilliant!

Appearing with them were the equally brilliantly energetic Dennis Locorriere and his superb band who did all their old stuff as well as material from their latest album. Dennis still has that superb voice I remember from way back in the days of Sylvia's Mother.

  • The whole evening was utterly fantastic and I can't wait to see them all again!!!!

Go and see them if they're down your way as they have another 36 dates to do!!!

  • i am going to see him in Aberdeen on Monday.

  • Is good but looks like Jim Bowen fae Bullseye from a distance.Press the fucking button LOL.

  • We all get old !.

  • Yer time really takes its toll, He still lives in Cardiffm I havent seen him for a long time now But I went to school with him in LLanrumney, Well done Andy keep it up man,

  • looks like a priest! lol

  • wide-eyedandlegless-always-loved-it-always-will--rob;newport;shropshire

  • Andy Fairweather has stood the test of time and continues to rock today, one of his best contributions to music was his massive part in the George Harrison remembrance concert at the Albert hall, love Andy and have since 1966. Gin House man.

  • This man has more talent in his little finger than you've had in your lifetime I'd say.

Go home yourself and look in the mirror, you probably arent *all that*. Andys just fine!!

  • Brilliant! Carry on singing Andy. He was the original lead singer of the Amen Corner

  • Got so many memories that people can never take away, Andy, you are just brilliant!!!! luv Jo
