is this a good game? im trying to ask a ton of ppl about it but 1/2 of them are giving me negative feedback.. so i guess ill ask the ppl who watch this vid ^.^

It depends what you're looking for in an online experience. Second Life isn't a 'game' as such, but it provides an opportunity to do almost anything you want/can think up. If someone can create it, it's probably in-world somewhere. So id say yes, it IS good (wouldnt have been in it for years if it wasn't lol)- but as with anything online, your experience can also often depend on the places you go and the people you meet there (hence the fair share of negative feedback).
