there was loads .. wiltshire, notts, newcastle, woking, heathrow, portregis, park wrekin, acadamy, dynamo, sapphire, wigan (i think), horsham ... loads of others too

thank you :) .. the english is only for people who live and train all the time in ENGLAND ... and the british is open to everyone in the UK .. so england ireland scotland and wales

there used to be all the top girls competing but i guess this time of the year girls are never really at their best and the top girls dont need to do it as it doesnt count for anything .. also there is now the english squad which is selected from this competition which is for girls that arent on the national team

There's always 1 or 2 of the top girls .. like in 2007 jenni pinches won .. 2006 becky wing won .. and 2005 i cant remember who won but lots of the top girls competed as it was a trial for the commonwealths! .. yeah she did compete :) shes been out all year so her routines we really watered down and she didnt do floor .. she also feel on bars :) wolly ... but it was okay for her 2nd competition of the year!!

Nicely done :). I dont think its bad at all but is the English championships like Nationals or something? Like do all the elite come or something? Also just a quick little question did it feel weird to not be out there competiting? Since you seemed to compete everywehere.

Thank you :):) ... yeah the english is basically the same as the british except welsh scottish and irish gymnasts cant compete .. also at the english the standard is always a bit lower as not many of the top top names compete but this year the junior national champion nicole hibert did :) .. it was kinda strange ... and seeing the medals made me want to compete to win more :)

Ok may I ask the dumbest question you will ever here in in Wales, Scotland and Ireland part of Great Britain because I'm always comfused( Your talking to a dumb American)

lol, great britain is england ireland scotland and wales .. so at the nationals (british championships) everyone can compete ... but at the englishh ..only english gymnasts can compete .. so even if you are english but compete for wales (as some do) you cannot compete .. same with the welsh nationals and the scotish ect :) hope that helps .. quite confusing having so many names for one island!!
