@mcitpstudent Certainly can. The only problem with remote assistance is you are going to need to other party to agree to allow you to connect and access their desktop and mess around with invitations, but it works quite well. You may also want to consider free products like tightVNC. This is free and you can configure either to prompt the user before taking control of their desktop or take control anytime you want. VNC is used in many companies of over the shoulder style support.

Thanks for reply. Yah, i already use VNC to support my guys @ HQ. I don't have to physically move between floors to support them. It's really great.

Does this mean that i can support my guys located in remote locations (other countries) via remote assistance?
I've been using team viewer for sometime now but i didn't like it much....keeps disconnecting unless ye buy licensed one.
